Welcome to the swisslabnat online shop terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
The sales contract is subject to Schweizeriches Obligtionenrecht (OU) as well as Swiss law.
Provision and conclusion of contract
Our prices are without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, provided there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted once the customer receives his goods. The amount and fulfillment of the delivery are defined in the electronic purchase confirmation received by email.
SWISSLABNAT only accepts orders made through this website (http://swisslabnat.ch/) and its online store. Although swisslbanat.ch uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods shown on the website are available, we cannot guarantee the availability of all our items. When the order is received and if the goods ordered are available, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping
The transport cost is not included in the price.
All orders are sent by the Swiss Post and are insured by its carrier.
- Packages have a tracking number and can be traced.
- Orders outside of Switzerland may incur additional customs costs – please note:
- Shipments may be subject to customs and import/export taxes
- Delivery dates depend on the postal services of the place of receipt of the order and we therefore cannot guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuses to accept their order, we will not refund any postage or delivery costs.
The pricing structure
The prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and VAT included. If the delivery address is outside of Switzerland, the VAT will be subtracted. A delivery will only arrive after receipt of payment. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Returns
Due to the intimate nature of the product, we do not accept returns. All sales on swisslabnat.com are final.
All sales are final. Each Item will be carefully checked by us before dispatch. For Stimlight and Stimlight Geny, swisslabnat does provide a limited warranty against manufacturing issues and defects resulting from normal use of the product.
SWISSLABNAT will exchange or refund the goods ordered only if they are damaged or lost by the carrier. All items must be returned with proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt. Returns of purchased items must be sent back including all packaging and without any trace of use. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns and exchanges.
SWISSLABNAT accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned during return transit. We strongly recommend the use of an official carrier with parcel tracking for the return of any item. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The return of goods will be rejected, if
- Presence of traces
- The product is returned without the original packaging.
- The goods are damaged due to transport

Responsibility
Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with and framed by Swiss law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only responsible for the maximum value of the transaction. If the customer wants to resell the goods, he/she is responsible for the consequences of shipping, selling and using the product. If the customer changes the resale item, he/she is responsible for any resulting damage, to the end customer or third parties.

SWISSLABNAT is the owner of all designs and content on this website. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, posted, or transmitted without permission.
Rights to change terms and conditions
SWISSLABNAT reserves the right to change the general conditions without warning.

Online and marketplace auctions are not permitted, except for retailers of swisslabnat products.
If you purchase our products from an unauthorized institution, our products may be diluted, expired, or counterfeit. Their use is not safe and certified. swisslabnat SA will not take responsibility for customer dissatisfaction, and warranties will not be honored.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of Switzerland (including its conflict of laws rules).
By using the swisslabnat.ch website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
